From instructing the volunteers to be friendly and welcoming....remember "Service Above Self"
to making sure the new sound & video system was working....
and the tables were all set up with festive patriotic decorations....
and the military flags/banners all hung.....
the head table all properly set up with name plates of the dignitaries.....
It was time for the "Check-In process" to begin.

and more kept coming.....
and still more...until we had a full house.

From the entry-way maze of American flags, through the halls of the many volunteers greeting our guests with a "Thank You for your service" and on into the grand ballroom decorated in our patriotic colors of red, white and blue....you couldn't help beaming with a sense of pride!
And after it was all over, everyone left with a smile and some wonderful memories of a program dedicated to Veterans being appreciated! Thank you all for your service and support!
