Board of Directors Meeting April 22, 2016
Meeting was called to order at 1:47 p.m.
Present: Bowen Depke, President; Don Zillman, 2nd VP; Loretta Rowe, Ex. Sec.; Mike Fortunato, Sgt- at-Arms; Kathy Grammer, Club Protection Officer and Elise Hodgkin, Admin. Coordinator
Absent: Laura Young, 1st VP; Scott Blakeslee, Treas.; Julie L’Heureux, Dir.; Mac Collins, Dir.; Jan
Chapman, Dir.; Bruce Moore, Dir.; and IPP Kris Rosado.
Guest(s): None
QUORUM was established with 5 board members present and 7 proxies.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the March 18, 2016 Board of Directors meeting were approved as submitted.
FINANCIAL REPORT
The financial reports were tabled until May 2016 in the absence of the Club Treasurer, Scott Blakeslee.
BUSINESS:

• District Recommended Club Protection Policy - tabled until May board meeting due to absence of the incoming Club Protection Officer.
• Centennial monument - not moving forward with it at the moment - will be given to the ad hoc
committee to address
• Club Gift for District Conference - opted not to participate - but approved to participate in the
$100 raffle ticket event

1:35 p.m.
